1. How do you find the grave ?
We use the details you provide when booking. If anything’s missing, we’ll contact you or the cemetery to make sure we locate the correct grave.
2. Do I need to be present for the cleaning ?
Not at all. Our service is fully remote. You can book from anywhere, and we’ll take care of everything on-site.
3. Will I receive proof that the cleaning was done?
Yes. We send high-quality before-and-after photos by email once the service is completed, so you can see exactly what was done.
4. What’s included in the cleaning?
We gently clean the headstone, remove dirt, weeds, and debris, and tidy up the surrounding area. Flower placement and other add-ons are available when booking.
5. Can I choose the flowers you place ?
Yes. You can choose between the options we propose for flower types and add a personal message, we’ll place everything respectfully during the visit.
6. Who performs the cleaning?
Our trained, respectful team members carry out every visit personally. We treat each site with the care we would for our own family.
7. Is this service respectful of religious or cultural practices ?
Yes, always. We’re committed to honoring all beliefs and customs. You can include any specific instructions during checkout.
8. Can I schedule cleanings for special dates?
Absolutely. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or holiday, you can request a specific date when booking, and we’ll make it happen.
9. If I book today, when will the cleaning happen?
Most one-time visits are scheduled within 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation with the exact date, and we’ll follow up with before-and-after photos once the cleaning is complete. Most of our clients choose a quarterly membership, so we return automatically every season , no need to rebook each time.
10. Does the size or type of the grave affect the service?
Most of our services cover standard individual graves. If the grave is unusually large (e.g. double plot, family monument, or crypt), please let us know when booking, we may recommend a custom quote or adapted service.
